The world is full of dynamic forces which feedback and affect each other. I believe in the “user as expert” and getting feedback to improve whatever I’m doing. From audience reaction to my thematic concerts on Maui, I changed the way I programmed music and consciously selected compositions to evoke memory through instant recognition. After leaving Maui, I began giving thematic concerts and eventually compiled thematic songbooks for the regular jam sessions of the ukulele group I founded in Historic Lower Mills, home of the oldest chocolate factory in America.
