At the beginning of the pandemic, I started several song sessions in Zoom. One of them was songs in the time of corona on Fridays. Before long, we had run out of 20-second hand wash songs and parodies. Let’s revisit this theme – three chords only for October 8, 2020.
As usual, doors open as early as 2:00 pm for performers and first-timers and anyone that wants to chit chat. At 3:00 pm EDT, everyone is muted to begin the WARM-UP. Then we all get UNMUTED for a count of three in our “sunglasses ritual.”
DON’T FORGET YOUR SUNGLASSES!
Below are some suggestions though not necessarily three chords to inspire a list of ten songs for this session. Bolded titles link to those song sheets that can be easily transposed on the site. We will use the version of the song sheet in parentheses to the right of the name of the performer (unless it doesn’t exist).
