On a date to be scheduled, let’s share and appreciate songs that are free of copyright. No royalties collected or paid. Join us for 3 Chord Thursday.
Any song published in 1925 or earlier in the USA is considered free of copyright, also known as public domain which means it has no owner legally. “Any work in the public domain can be freely used by any one in any manner they choose. There is no law which requires you to have any proof of public domain in order to use a public domain work.”
Check out this list of songs. Which of these sound good on the ukulele?
